Any student who does NOT have one of these signed permission forms on file will not be allowed to have his or her picture included in any end of the year celebration videos. This includes the 8th grade Promotion video that is shown in the auditorium the night of the promotion ceremony. These videos are uploaded to our social media and are made public for our parents to enjoy. If you are not sure if you have signed one of these forms for your child you may click on the attachment, print, sign it and have your child return it to school.
