Yearbook sales are closed for this year. IF LifeTouch sends extra books we will announce a raffle after all ordered yearbooks are handed out at the very end of the year.
Kaleidoscope Club: Today the Kaleidoscope Club will be hosting a Day of Silence in respect for members of the LGBTQ+ community who were and are not able represent themselves as they truly are and also to illustrate the silencing effect of bullying and harassment on LGBTQ+ students and those perceived to be LGBTQ+. If you would like to join Kaleidoscope Club to take the pledge of silence, please meet us in the Third Floor Common Area today directly after morning announcements.
6th, 7th, 8th Grade Math Team: Will meet today AFTER school for year-end ice cream party. Don’t forget your toppings.
Drama Club: Will meet today after school in the PAC
Dodge Ball: Will meet today after school with Ms. Mawhinney, C121
Big Brothers/Big Sisters: Will meet tomorrow after school in the library
PAWSitive Club: Will meet this Thursday after school in Ms. Trace’s room.
Builders Club: will meet Thursday after school in Mrs Boucher’s room
GT Art: GT Art applications for the 2019-2020 GT Art program will be available outside of the art classrooms beginning at the end of the day May 7th. All current GT Art students must fill out an application. Applications will be due on May 24th. Please submit your completed applications to the office.
Band and Chorus Info:
5th grade full band is coming up!! Please have your instruments here at school on Monday 4/30, Monday 5/6, and Monday 5/13.
The All City Band concert will be held on Tuesday, May 14th at the Westbrook High School gymnasium. Start time is 7 p.m. and students need to report at 6:45 p.m., drop off cases in the auditorium and then head to the gymnasium with instruments and music only.
All City Chorus Concert will be held on Monday, May 13th, at 7:00 p.m. in the PAC. Students arrival time TBA.
Band and Chorus Students if you are in need of concert clothes for upcoming concerts, Please see Mrs Boucher in room 208. She may be able to assist.
