6th - 8th Grade Math Team: Due to Parent Conferences today, we will have practice on THURSDAY after school from 2:45 - 3:45 p.m.
Drama Club: Will meet today after school. Backstage crew is cancelled for this afternoon.
Art Club: Will meet today after school
8th Grade Math Team: Will meet on Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m.
Leadership Club: Will meet on Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. in Mr. Moulen's room. There is a Parent/Student trip meeting on Thursday, November 14th, at 6:00 p.m. in Mr. Moulen's room. The Leadership Club will have their yearbook picture taken on Friday directly after morning announcements.
The Fuel Up to Play 60 team is starting a program called "Wake Up Wednesday". We will be opening the gym on Wednesday mornings at 7:20 for Fuel Up students to participate in a physical activity before school. This Wednesday we will meet at 7:20 to create passes for Wake Up Wednesday. Please come with your Fuel Up to Play 60 user name to help create your pass.
Last Skate Night: Friday, November 15th, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. This is for WMS students only. Cost is $6.50 at the door, $2.00 more for in-line skates.
5th Grade Band News: The 5th grade band students will have three full band practices to prepare for our upcoming concert on December 16th. Students will need to have their instruments here on Monday, Dec 2nd, Monday, Dec. 9th, and Monday, Dec 16th. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS and help students remember their instruments!!
6th Grade Band students who are interested in honors band need to sign up for an audition on Mrs. Smith’s door! Auditions are after school on November 14th or after school on November 15th. Please choose your day!
Attention 8th graders: Sign ups are happening NOW for our Winterguard and Winter Percussion groups at Westbrook High School. Our Winter Percussion ensemble won the New England Championships last year! 8th Graders are eligible! Please go to westbrook.band to check out rehearsal and show schedules, sign up and attend the open house to check it out! Open House for Winterguard is November 14th at Saccarappa School gymnasium from 4-6 p.m. Open House for Winter Percussion is on November 25th from 5-6:30 p.m. in the WHS Band Room (enter on the Vocational Drive side of the building).

Falcon's Nest: Falcon's Nest is up and running for the second year!! The Falcon's Nest is able to offer snacks/ food, clothing, shoes, school supplies and toiletries to students. Community support is appreciated to keep the shelves full. Snacks (no nut items), school supplies and toiletries are welcomed anytime and can be dropped off in the main office. For clothing donations, our space is limited and needs vary from season to season, please contact Amie Boucher at email@example.com prior to clothing donations. Thank You!!!" Planned Absence Form: Students that are traveling for 3 or more days outside school vacation times need to fill out a Planned Absence form. This gives teachers, the attendance secretary and administrators notice that that child will be away and also let them know about how they will make up work. Please click here for a form.

Late Bus: Late bus is available to students Mon-Tues-Thurs & Friday and leaves WMS at approximately 4:05. Students have to have a late bus pass from a staff member, or coach to ride the late bus.
