This year our Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2020, and again on Thursday, April 9, 2020, during the following times: Thursday, April 2nd, will be from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Maine Week: Great job to all our lumber jacks and jills and other Maine forest celebrants! Did you know that we had over 37 Million tourists visit Maine last year? Jazz Band: Will meet today after school with Mrs. Smith.
Drama Club: Will meet today after school in the PAC.
Pokemon Club: Will meet today after school from 2:45 - 4:00 p.m. with Ms. Peabody.
7th & 8th Grade Math Team: Will meet tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. with Mrs. Urban.
Big Brothers/Big Sisters: Will meet tomorrow after school in the library.
Builder’s Club will be meeting this Thursday in Mrs. Boucher’s room after school.
Yearbook Club: will meet Thursday after school until 4:00 in Ms. Beckwith’s room.
Leadership Club: There is an important traveler meeting on Thursday, March 12th at 6:00 p.m. in Mr. Moulen’s room. This meeting is mandatory!
Student Council Penny Drive: The Penny Drive continues until March 20th. Remember, the homeroom that donates the most money in the school will be awarded with a lunch for their class! Ms. Beckwith’s class currently has $70.00 and Mrs. Cummings class has $97.72. HOWEVER, Mrs. Droge’s class is still in the lead with $103.53. WHO WILL IT BE?!
Student council will be held on Thursday in Ms. Kling’s room.
The Fuel Up to Play 60 team will have a meeting Thursday at 7:30am in the gym. Please wear your Fuel Up t-shirts, as we will be taking our yearbook photo at the meeting.
Spring Pawsitive Club Members will have their yearbook picture taken on Thursday, March 12th, in the first floor common area directly after announcements
If your child is in need of winter clothing such as boots, jackets, snow pants, hats or gloves be sure to stop by Mrs Boucher’s room and the Falcon’s Nest!!
Yearbooks: are now on sale. Please order online from LifeTouch using code: 11037520. Soft cover yearbooks cost $18. You can choose a hardcover upgrade for an additional $6. Adding your name on the front will cost an additional $5. Flyers have been sent home electronically, but if you want a paper copy, please come down to the office to pick one up.

Spring Sports sign-ups have begun! Please check your email for the sign-up form. Last day to sign-up and have all your paperwork turned in to Mrs. Foye is Friday, March 21st! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Planned Absence Form: Students that are traveling for 3 or more days outside school vacation times need to fill out a Planned Absence form. This gives teachers, the attendance secretary and administrators notice that that child will be away and also let them know about how they will make up work. Please click here for a form.

Late Bus: Late bus is available to students Mon-Tues-Thurs & Friday and leaves WMS at approximately 4:05. Students have to have a late bus pass from a staff member, or coach to ride the late bus.
