Additional Ongoing Info:

VERY IMPORTANT! Parent Portal: If you have not already done so, please set up your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus in order to update your child’s information. This needs to be done every year and includes naming people for us to call in case of an emergency if you are unavailable, and very important health information. This is especially important now if we have to send a student home because of COVID symptoms. We also need parents to sign the Media Use Permission Form every year! Please follow this link: https://mecloud2.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/westbrook.jsp . If you have any questions, please contact icparentpw@westbrookschools.org

Free and Reduced Lunch Applications: Please be sure to complete the application for Free and Reduced Meals. Even though all students will eat at no cost this year, it is important to complete the form because it determines the amount of federal funding we receive for various programs. If you have questions, contact Director of School Nutrition Mary Emerson (emersonm@westbrookschools.org). Applications can be found at this link and is available in multiple languages: https://www.nlappscloud.com/Welcome.aspx?api=f91fa99d4ebacd73cc9f4b2091ae4551#loaded

Planned Absence Form: Please make one of these out if your student is going to be absent for 3 days or more.
